8:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Black ice is possible on bridge decks, and that might be the reason this pickup driver spun out on the ramp from eastbound I-94 to northbound 35E.

For the second time today, the ramp from Cedar Avenue to eastbound 94 is closed. A semitrailer truck spun out and came to rest on the right median. Fire crews arrived to deal with leaking fuel, which has been contained.

Earlier today a vehicle rolled over the embankment and landed on the entrance ramp. So rough morning in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.

Our crash and stall on southbound Hwy. 280 at Energy Park Drive is a thing of the past. Traffic is flowing freely once again.
