8:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Spin outs seem to be the order of the day with at least five in the past few minutes. Among them is one on northbound/westbound 94 at Broadway.

We've also got spin outs with vehicles in the median on southbound Hwy. 280 at Energy Park Drive, northbound Hwy. 169 at Medicine Lake Road and northbound Cedar Avenue at Cliff Road.

Road work and a previous stall on eastbound 94 has traffic crawling from Broadway through the Lowry Hill Tunnel and past the work zone that begins at Huron Blvd.

That also has eastbound 394 stacking up from Wirth Pkwy. into downtown Minneapolis.

Eastbound 94 from Crow River to 494: 13 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 12 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 30 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 25 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 15 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 25 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 14 minutes

Northbound 169 from Canterbury Road to 494: 13 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Powers Blvd. to Crosstown: 12 minutes
