Congestion and a long list of accidents is plaguing the late rush hour commute. Here are the problems spots and some current travel times.

Southbound 35E at I-94 in downtown St. Paul.
Westbound 94 at Earl Street in St. Paul.
Northbound I-35 at County 60 in Lakeville
Eastbound 494 at Hwy. 100 in Bloomington
Southbound 35W at 95th Avenue in Blaine
Southbound Hwy. 100 at Excelsior Blvd.
Westbound 394 at Louisiana Avenue
Eastbound 94 on ramp to westbound 394 in Minneapolis

North metro

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to downtown Minneapolis: 32 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 14 to I-94: 31 minutes.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 13 minutes

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 15 minutes. Eastbound is 12 minutes.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Crow River to 494: 19 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 17 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 12 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 30 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 22 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 11 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 29 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from County 42 to the Crosstown: 26 minutes

Northbound 169 from Canterbury Road to 494: 13 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 12 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 13 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 13 minutes
