Southbound Hwy. 100 drops speed from I-394 past a right shoulder residing crash at Hwy. 7. Northbound is tight from Excelsior Blvd. up to Cedar Lake Road.

Look for a crash on the merge from Dale Street to westbound 94 in St. Paul. We've also got crash action on the ramp from Hwy. 55 to northbound 494 in Plymouth.
