Traffic is bumper to bumper on westbound 94 from 694 into downtown St. Paul and ahead, things inch along from Hwy. 280 to Olson Hwy. That is largely due to a wreck on the ramp from westbound 94 to westbound 394.

A mishap on northbound Hwy. 100 at Excelsior Blvd. is tying up traffic from 50th Street up to 394. Southbound sputters from France Avenue to Hwy. 7.

Northbound 35W is tight from Hwy. 13 past a crash at 110th Street. Ahead, things bunch up again in the Crosstown Commons.
