The toughest drives at this hour are in the east metro. A pair of crashes on westbound 94, one at County Road 71 and one at County Road 19, has traffic crawling from the Hudson Bridge to the 494/694 interchange. Things remain slow into downtown St. Paul.

On westbound Hwy. 36, an accident at 35W has traffic at a near stop from 35E to the scene.
