It's a semitrailer truck that is blocking the ramp from northbound Cedar Avenue to westbound Crosstown in Richfield. That is creating headaches for northbound Cedar drivers. Plan on a few extra minutes there.

For westbound 94 drivers, the trip from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis is between 17 and 20 minutes due to wrecks at Cretin and Prior Avenues.
