It's been a bit unusual in that the biggest troublespots this morning have been on southbound 35W, not northbound.

The latest issue is a stalled vehicle blocking the right shoulder on southbound 35W at 70th Street in Richfield.

In Minneapolis, the stall at Lake Street has cleared and the tire change operation is complete. Traffic stacked up to Hennepin Avenue for nearly an hour, but things are starting to loosen now.

In Bloomington, look for a crash on the Mississippi River bridge in the left lane of westbound 494. That is impacting traffic as far back as Pilot Knob Road.

Look for a fresh metal crunching wreck on eastbound Hwy. 55 near the Federal Building at Fort Snelling.
