Two crashes on the system are slowing traffic. They are on eastbound Hwy. 212 at Dell Road and on eastbound 94 at Hennepin Avenue. Both are off to the right shoulder.
Congestion is the problem on eastbound 394 where it is 17 minutes from I-494 to downtown Minneapolis.
On northbound 35W, plan on 15 minutes from Crosstown to downtown.
The Crosstown eastbound is 18 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W. I-494 is not much faster with 17 minutes needed to make the same trip.
Look for sluggish conditions on northbound Hwy. 61 from 70th Street up to 494. An earlier crash on 494 at Hwy. 61 led to some ramp jams.
