All lanes of westbound I-94 at Snelling Avenue are open now that a crash has been cleared. Traffic is still sputtering from Dale Street to Cretin Avenue as things are slow to recover. Plan on 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
On southbound Hwy. 100, look for a box truck and a car that collided at Excelsior Blvd. The State Patrol is on the scene. The action is on the right shoulder. Plan on a couple minute delay from Cedar Lake Road.
The work zone construction on I-35 in Lakeville is not causing any sizable delays. Things are moving very well from County 70 to County 50.
