Look for a wreck on eastbound 94 at Weaver Lake Road. It's 30 minutes from the Crow River to the 494/94 split.
The westbound 94 drive from Manning Avenue to Hwy. 280 is approaching 1 hour. That's due to congestion and wrecks at Jackson Street in downtown St. Paul and ahead at Lexington Avenue.
