A new crash involving a couple vehicles on the right shoulder of southbound 35E at Roselawn Avenue is adding to the delays. Up ahead, the State Patrol is still dealing with a crash at Maryland Avenue. Plan on 15 minutes from 694 to 94.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is 10 minutes from White Bear Avenue over to 35W.

Southbound 35W is still trying to recover from an earlier crash at Park Avenue. It's still 15 to 18 minutes from Hwy. 36 to downtown Minneapolis.

The usual stop and go conditions exist on 494 in both directions from East Bush Lake Road over to Cedar Avenue. That's 10 minutes heading east, 15 heading west.

Look for a little bit of a squeeze on eastbound 694 heading into the work zone from Hwy. 252 to Long Lake Road. Add a couple extra minutes to the drive.
