All crashes have cleared, but congestion remains in several spots.

It's 15 minutes on westbound 94 from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.

It's 15 minutes on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.

Debris on the road is slowing traffic on southbound Hwy. 100 south of 394.

It's 15 minutes on southbound 494 from 694 to Hwy. 55. Same on westbound 94 from St. Anthony Av. to 11th Avenue in Minneapolis.

Traffic is heavy on eastbound 494 from Hwy. 212 to 35W, and westbound 494 from 24th Avenue to 35W.
