8:25 a.m. update: Two Minneapolis incidents

A fender bender sitting in the emergency accident reporting lane on westbound 94 at Cedar Avenue. Still only a 12-minute drive from Dale Street to downtown Minneapolis.

There are reports of two incidents in Minneapolis on 94.

One is a fender bender sitting in the emergency accident reporting lane on westbound 94 at Cedar Avenue. Still only a 12-minute drive from Dale Street to downtown Minneapolis.

ANd there is word of a stalled vehicle on westbound 94 at 394.

Things are improving on southbound 35E at County 96 now that a crash has cleared. It's still an extra 15 minutes coming down from County J.

Things are heavy on northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis. That's about a 10-minute drive.
