8:25 a.m. update: Still plugged on 694

Westbound 694 is still plugged up even though a crash at University Avenue is gone. Plan on a slow roll from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 252.

The broken down School bus with no children aboard that has been blocking the ramp from southbound 35W/eastbound Crosstown has been pushed to the right shoulder and is causing minimal delays.

A Highway Helper unit has arrived to push a crash on westbound 94 at Hamline Avenue off to the right sholder. Look for heavy traffic in the immediate area. Ahead, traffic loosens from Snelling Avenue over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Not a bad drive at this time of the day.
