Rain has spread across most of the metro area, so if you have your wipers on be sure your headlights are on, too.

Wet roads are contributing to congestion on northbound 35E from Pilot Knob Road up to 94 in St. Paul. That will cost you 20 minutes.

The Crosstown is inching along at 15 miles per hour westbound from 28th Avenue over to Hwy. 100. Eastbound slows from Hwy. 169 over to Cedar Avenue. Plan on 20 minutes there.

A crash in the carpool lane on northbound 35W at Lake Street has traffic jammed from 50th Street. Plan on 20 minutes from Crosstown to downtown.

Look for pockets of congestion on northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W from County Road 42 up to Crosstown. That will cost you 15 minutes.
