One full lane is now open on northbound 35W at County Road 42 where a multi-vehicle accident involving a semi is in the final stages of clearing. Ahead, things remain jammed up to the Minnesota River Bridge. Plan on 30 minutes to reach downtown St. Paul.

Northbound 35W suffers due to a stall on the left shoulder at 50th Street. Ahead, it's stop and go from 46th Street to Lake Street where another stalled vehicle just cleared.

Eastbound Hwy. 12 and 394 are still trying to recover from an earlier multi-vehicle crash at 494. Things bog down at County Road 101 and remain tight past Plymouth Road.
