Northbound 35E is shut down at Pennsylvania Avenue due to a wreck up ahead on the Cayuga Bridge. At least six vehicle were involved in the chain-reaction crash about 15 minutes ago.
That has traffic on 35E backed up into downtown St. Paul. That's also affecting traffic on westbound 94 heading into the Capital City. It's 25 to 30 minutes from 694 to Marion Street.
On westbound 494, the delays keep growing. It's 90 minutes from Hwy. 61 to Cedar Avenue.
