A DOT truck is parked on the side of westbound 494 at Pilot Knob Road, but can't be the only reason for the miserable drive from Hwy. 61 over to 35W. It's plugged all the way and taking about 30 minutes.
Northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W through Apple Valley, Bloomington and Burnsville continue to crawl. It's just a painful commute along both those routes. Plan on 25 minutes from County Road 42 up to Crosstown.
