8:25 a.m. update: Dragging on 494, 100

Gridlock refuses to loosen its grip on southbound 494. A crash at Rockford Road is not helping matters. Things remain tight down to the Crosstown. Plan on 30 to 35 minutes for that trip.

Gridlock refuses to loosen its grip on southbound 494. A crash at Rockford Road is not helping matters. Things remain tight down to the Crosstown. Plan on 30 to 35 minutes for that trip.

Southbound Hwy.100 is nearly an hour from 94 down to the Crosstown. Drivers are going 10 miles per hour in many spots. Northbound is not much better with bumper to bumper conditions from 50th Street up to 394.

I-94 eastbound is bound up even though a rollover is out of the way at Dowling Avenue. It's 45 minutes from Rogers to downtown Minneapolis. New crash at Olson Memorial Hwy.

Northbound 94 is dealing with a stall in the center lane at 49th Avenue.

On the right shoulder, activity stemming from a crash is gumming up the drive on northbound 35E at Lone Oak Road.
