Conditions are deteriorating on I-94 from Rogers to Monticello and in areas just north and west of the immediate metro area.
The State Patrol is on the way to a crash on the left shoulder of westbound 94 at Hwy. 101 in Rogers. Eastbound drivers will be held up due to a crash near Hwy. 241 and visibility is dropping as snow intensity picks up.
Up in St. Cloud, westbound 94 is at a standstill at Opportunity Drive where there is an overturned vehicle blocking a lane.
In downtown Minneapolis, it's a crash at Groveland and Hennepin Avenue that is the cause for the stagnant traffic.
