8:25 a.m. update: Crash on 94 at White Bear Avenue

A new crash on the right shoulder of westbound 94 at White Bear Avenue is slowing traffic in the east metro. Plan on 30 minutes from the scene over to downtown Minneapolis.

Other crashes are on eastbound Hwy. 10 just before 35W in Mounds View.

On northbound 35W, look for activity on the right shoulder at 50th street.

The crash on eastbound Hwy. 212 at Prairie Center Drive in Eden Prairie has cleared and traffic is getting back to normal.

North metro

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 16 minutes. Look for a stalled vehicle on the right shoulder at County Road C.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 8minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 13 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 15 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to 394: 15 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 14 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 8 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 20 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 10 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 9 minutes

East metro

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 16 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 20 minutes.
