A fender bender parked on the right shoulder of southbound 35E just past Roselawn Avenue is adding to the tight conditions from Little Canada Road to University Avenue.

A fender bender parked on the right shoulder of southbound 35E just past Roselawn Avenue is adding to the tight conditions from Little Canada Road to University Avenue.

We've also got a stall on the ramp from southbound 35E to Little Canada Road.

Traffic on westbound Hwy. 36 bunches up from Dale Street to Snelling Avenue. Look for an accident on the right shoulder at Hamline Avenue.
