Authorities have County Road 37 just west of Hwy. 101 in Otsego blocked off. Several squads are on the scene where a car went off the road and down into a ravine. Injuries have been reported.

On a less serious note, a stall is blocking a lane on eastbound Hwy. 212 at the merge with Crosstown in Edina.

In St. Paul, road work has the left lane closed from Pennsylvania Avenue to Maryland Avenue. Two lanes of northbound 35E remain open, but expect delays. MnDOT is doing lighting work.
