Along I-94, it's a 25 minute push from White Bear Avenue over to I-35W in Minneapolis.
Traffic slows on Hwy. 169 through the work zone between Crosstown and Hwy. 7. The slowest is at Excelsior Blvd.
I am also seeing heavy traffic on 494 in both directions between Hwy. 55 and 394.
