Commuters on I-94 will find it tough going in both the east and west metro. In the east, the drive is 71 minutes from Manning Avenue to downtown Minneapolis. It's 37 minutes to downtown St. Paul.
Look for a crash blocking the center lane on westbound 94 at Riverside Avenue.
In the northwest metro, it's still 32 minutes from Hwy. 101 in Rogers to the 494/94 split.
The Crosstown is 34 minutes in both directions from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 169.
No relief for south metro drivers on Cedar Avenue or 35W. Both are a good 30 minutes from County Road 42 up to the Crosstown.
