8:20 a.m. update: Westbound 94 clogged between the downtowns

A crash taking out lanes on westbound 94 just before Hwy. 280 is causing a major back up in the Midway. It's an estimated 30 minutes from Mounds Blvd. over to 35W in Minneapolis.

A crash taking out lanes on westbound 94 just before Hwy. 280 is causing a major back up in the Midway. It's an estimated 30 minutes from Mounds Blvd. over to 35W in Minneapolis.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is very slow from 35E over to 35W. That is 20 minutes.

Westbound 494 remains tight in the area of Dodd Road due to a stall on the right shoulder.

Look for pockets of slow traffic on southbound Hwy. 169 from Bass Lake Road down to 394.

I-694 jams up in both directions approaching 35W. Plan on a few extra minutes there.
