The drive on westbound 94 from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis is taking longer than normal.
Congested roads are making the trek from Manning Avenue to Marion Street is 32 minutes. Add another 18 minutes to get to downtown Minneapolis.
Things are heavy on northbound 35E from Pilot Knob Road to Victoria Street.
In the south, northbound Cedar Avenue is still slow. Plan on 20 minutes from 138th Street to the Crosstown. It's 17 minutes on northbound 35W from County Road 42 to 494.
