After a very tranquil rush hour, traffic-delaying events have popped up in the past few minutes.

The biggest snarl is on southbound 94. A car fire had two right lanes shut down at Dowling Avenue. Now only the far right lane is blocked. Traffic creeps along from 694.

In South St. Paul, look for a fender bender on westbound 494 at 5th Avenue. It's on the right shoulder.

On northbound 35E, the stall at Wagon Wheel Trail has been moved from the left lane to the right shoulder. Things are heavy in the immediate area.

A crash is blocking the left lane of eastbound Hwy. 36 at Snelling Avenue. Westbound traffic rolls right along from 35E to 35W.

On northbound Cedar Avenue, a fender bender on the left shoulder at Hwy. 13 has motorists hitting the brakes at Diffley Road. It's only a 2 minute delay.
