A stall is on the right shoulder of southbound I-35E between County J and County H2. Ahead, look for a slow down from Roselawn Avenue down to I-94.
Speeds are well below the posted on northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. up to the Minnesota River bridge and ahead from 50th Street to downtown Minneapolis.
Southbound 35W still has its issues from 95th Avenue down to I-694.
