8:20 a.m. update: Stalls in Bloomington

A new stall is partially blocking the ramp from westbound 494 to northbound Cedar Avenue in Bloomington.

The stall blocking the right shoulder on westbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel has been removed. No traffic issues associated.

A new stall is partially blocking the ramp from westbound 494 to northbound Cedar Avenue in Bloomington.

Another one just popped up, this one on the ramp from eastbound 494 to 24th Avenue.
