8:20 a.m. update: Stall still plugging up traffic on 494

A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder on westbound 494 at Penn Avenue has been there for almost an hour now. That has traffic just inching along from Hwy. 5. It's 20 minutes or more from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100.

A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder on westbound 494 at Penn Avenue has been there for almost an hour now. That has traffic just inching along from Hwy. 5. It's 20 minutes or more from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100.

Eastbound 494 has its share of traffic. It's 15 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W.

Elsewhere you'll find minor congestion in a few spots.

Southbound 94 coming into the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

694 in both directions from 35W to 35E. That is about 10 minutes.

The Crosstown is tight westbound fom 28th Avenue to 35W and westbound from Hwy. 100 to 35W. Give yourself just a couple extra minutes there.

Northbound 35W is busy from 46th Street to I-94. That is about 5 minutes.
