The motorist who laned is vehicle in the center median on I-494 at Dodd Road has been rescued and the car removed. Traffic on eastbound 494 is quickly getting back to normal. Westbound still is plugged up from Hwy. 110 to the scene.
Ahead, things slow from Portland Avenue to France Avenue. That is 15 minutes.
Northbound Hwy. 61 remains slow as traffic lights are still out from Carver Avenue to Lower Afton Road.

On Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue; southbound traffic stops at 117th Avenue.
