The drive on westbound I-94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul has gotten much better in the past few minutes. Aside from a pocket of congestion at Radio Drive, the trip in to downtown is now only 15 minutes.
Northbound 169 isn't seeing much improvement. Plan on 18 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.
Northbound 35W is still tight from Burnsville Pkwy. to 98th Street. It's 30 minutes from the split into downtown Minneapolis. Southbound 35W drivers, look out for a matress in the lanes at 106th Street.
