Crashes are abating and clearing and travel times are dropping. The mainline roads are looking pretty good at this hour.

Three minor incidents of note include a stall on the left side of the ramp from eastbound Hwy. 13 to southbound I-35W in Burnsville.

The right lane remains blocked on eastbound 394 at Plymouth Road. Ahead, traffic tightens from Hwy. 100 to downtown Minneapolis. The ramp from eastbound 494 to Nicollet Avenue is dealing with a stall on the left side of the ramp.

Most routes are moving at or near the posted speeds, with a few execptions. Look for pockets of slower traffic on southbound 35E from 694 to downtown St. Paul, on westbound 494 from Hwy. 212 over to France Avenue in Bloomington and on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 36.
