8:20 a.m. update: Heavy on 494 in Bloomington

A crash came and went fast, but it was enough to slow down traffic on eastbound 494. The wreck was at East Bush Lake Road with sluggish conditions persisting from Hwy. 169 over to France Avenue.

A crash came and went fast, but it was enough to slow down traffic on eastbound 494. The wreck was at East Bush Lake Road with sluggish conditions persisting from Hwy. 169 over to France Avenue.

8:25 a.m. UPDATE: Now we have a fender bender on the right shoulder at France.

The slowest traffic continues to be on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. This is a 16-minute drive.

Not much faster on eastbound 394. It's 15 minutes from 494 to downtown Minneapolis.
