Two people who bumped into each other are off to the right shoulder of westbound 94 at Hamline Avenue exchanging names and surveying the damage. Those passing by are slowing to watch. Delays begin at Dale Street.

On westbound Hwy. 610, look for a wreck at Noble Pkwy. in Brooklyn Park. Things are very slow from University Avenue across the Mississippi River bridge.

While things have improved on southbound 35E from Main Street and 694, the drive remains slow on southbound 35W from County 10 to 694.

Things are still stacked up on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. Plan on 15 minutes there.

And inbound 394 from Hwy. 169 to downtown Minneapolis is running well below the posted speeds. That is a 15-minute hike.
