8:20 a.m. update: Getting slick on Cedar Avenue

Black ice has not been an issue yet, but perhaps it is becoming a problem on Cedar Avenue. Within the past 10 minutes, the State Patrol and local police have responded to three crashes between Hwy. 13 and the Minnesota River Bridge.
