Dry roads and light levels of traffic are making for a delightful drive this morning.

One incident of note at this hour is a crash on the right shoulder of northbound Cedar Avenue near the Minnesota River Bridge. Police and paramedics are on the scene.

No major slowdowns on metro freeways and highways. You will find pockets of busy areas such as on southbound 35E from 694 to Maryland Avenue, westbound 694 in the vicinity of Hwy. 10, and 94 in both directions between Hwy. 61 and 694 in Woodbury.

Several malls opened at 8 a.m., so look for congestion at Rosedale, Burnsville Center, Ridgedale, Southdale and Mall of America.
