There is a crash in the carpool lane on westbound 394 at Louisiana Avenue. Eastbound is tight from France Avenue to downtown Minneapolis.
Look for a new wreck on westbound 494 at 12th Avenue. Alread crammed from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100. That is 22 minutes.
Highway 169 southbound from 94 to Hwy. 7 is about 17 minutes. Northbound tightens up from Hwy. 101 to 494. with 12 minutes needed there.
Southbound 35W is sluggish from Hwy. 10 to 694 and again from Johnson Pkwy. to Hennepin Avenue. Plan on 15 minutes from 280 to downtown Minneapolis.
