Traffic is stacking up on Hwy. 10 in both directions in Elk River. MnDOT is doing road construction between 171st Avenue and Norfolk Avenue through next Wednesday. The highway is a single lane in each direction.

Motorists also are experiencing minor delays on northbound 35E through the work zone between County Road 42 and Cedar Avenue.

A reminder that Rockford Road at Vicksburg Road is closed as authorities clean up from an apartment fire earlier this morning at the Vicksburg Village Apartments.

It's a slow roll on eastbound 694 approaching the work zone at Hwy. 252. Things are slow over to University Avenue.

In Bloomington, plan on 18 minutes on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
