Commuters on southbound Hwy. 169 have the worst of it at this hour. A crash with debris blocking the right and center lane at Lincoln Drive in Edina has things stacked up at Cedar Lake Road. It's adding an additional 15 minutes to the drive.

Look for crashes on southbound Hwy. 100 at the Crosstown and eastbound Crosstown near France Avenue.
