A couple of stalled vehicles sitting on the shoulder are not impacting traffic much. You'll find them on westbound 94 at Lowry Avenue and on the ramp from Boone Avenue to eastbound 94.
For tight traffic, we head to Bloomington where it's 15 minutes from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100 for westbound 494 drivers. Look for some congestion on the eastbound side from Hwy. 169 to 35W.
A new crash on westbound Crosstown at France Avenue has just moved to the right shoulder. Look for delays starting at Xerxes.
