A new crash is on the left shoulder of eastbound I-94 at 1st Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. Traffic is slow and heavy coming out of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
On northbound 35W, things are crawling along from Diamond Lake Road up to downtown Minneapolis. That is 15 minutes.
Elsewhere, volumes are lighter than normal in most places, but westbound 494 is heavy as usual from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
Look for slowing on eastbound 694 from University Avenue over to Hwy. 10.
