MnDOT crews are working to clear a crash on northbound 35W at 38th Street. Traffic comes to a crawl back at Diamond Lake Road. There's also an incident near 76th Street. That's got to get cleared so the Prez can get to his engagement at Lake Harriet.
From the north, look for a three-vehicle wreck on southbound 35W near University Avenue. Minor delays from Broadway Street.
