Watch out for a couple vehicles on the left shoulder of southbound I-35 just north of the Forest Lake split. There's also a vehicle that landed in the ditch. Traffic slows in the immediate area.
Also on southbound 35W, be on the lookout for a fender bender on the right shoulder at County Road I.
It's congestion on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis that is making for a 16-minute trip.
The sun-up slow down is impacting traffic on eastbound 94 from Olson Hwy. to Hwy. 280. That is at 11 minutes.
