After a brief shut down, eastbound lanes on Hwy .10 at Round Lake Blvd. The backup extends to Greenhaven Drive, so expect a long wait.

Adding to the mess is another wreck in backup at Round Lake Blvd. A nice tangled mess up in Anoka/Coon Rapids.
