A vehicle is hung up in the center median on northbound 35W at Washington Avenue. A vehicle spun out and is facing the wrong direction.

A vehicle is hung up in the center median on northbound 35W at Washington Avenue. A vehicle spun out and is facing the wrong direction.

Crashes on eastbound 94 in the Lowry Hill Tunnel have cleared out. Expect traffic to remain heavy for the next few minutes. Things are still quite congested in the area.

Metro Transit says the fourth inbound Northstar Commuter line train will arrive at Target Field 25 minutes late. The fifth trip should be on time, a spokesman said.
