8:15 a.m. update: Tough sledding on 494 in Bloomington

Westbound 494 is crash free, but traffic is behaving as if there is one. Things are nose to nose three lanes across from 12th Avenue to Penn Avenue. That is a 13-minute drive.

Westbound 494 is crash free, but traffic is behaving as if there is one. Things are nose to nose three lanes across from 12th Avenue to Penn Avenue. That is a 13-minute drive.

A minor slow down is occurring on southbound 35E as crews try to clear a center-lane blocking crash at Lone Oak Road in Eagan.

The backup on southbound Hwy. 169 is now back to 49th Avenue. The reason, a crash ahead at 36th Avenue with debris in the right lane.
