Traffic is still lagging on northbound 35W just north of the Burnsville Split up to the Minnesota River. An earlier crash at County 42 tangled traffic, which has yet to shake loose.

Look for a new crash on Hwy. 12 at Brown Road in the western suburbs. No word if there are injuries at this time.Traffic on northbound Hwy. 169 bogs down near County Road 18. A stall on the ramp to Hwy 13 is the big problem.

On southbound 35E, traffic is starting to pick up the pace and things start to loosen up between Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. That is now down to 12 minutes.
